Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and we make every effort to ship packages as quickly as possible. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays, may occasionally extend processing or shipping times. Free Domestic Shipping on Orders Over $35

All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking numbers for your convenience. Please allow at least 24 hours for packages to be scanned and for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. During high-volume periods, updates may take longer than usual.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by USPS delays, which are beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inaccessibility at the time of delivery, a reshipping fee will apply.

For issues related to delayed, misplaced, lost, or stolen packages, please contact your local post office directly, as they are responsible for the final delivery.

We do our very best to use high-quality shipping materials to ensure your items arrive safely.

Each item is carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap or eco-friendly honeycomb paper to ensure maximum protection. Depending on the size and nature of your order, we use either durable boxes or bubble-padded envelopes. Heavier packages are sealed with high-grade kraft paper tape reinforced with fiberglass yarn for extra strength and security. Every parcel is clearly labeled with “HANDLE WITH CARE – FRAGILE” stickers to ensure gentle handling during transit. Every order is thoughtfully and securely packed from start to finish.

SHOP POLICY ~ PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS/DESCRIPTIONS

Please take the time to READ about product measurements/descriptions and look over the images provided. Crystals are shown up close to showcase details, so they may appear larger.

Be mindful that natural minerals and crystals will have surface imperfections such as nicks, chips, pits, cracks, and internal inclusions. Not all surface blemishes are visible in the images, but they do have them. Pictures/videos are taken indoors with a ring lamp light unless stated otherwise. We try our best to submit an accurate representation of the product, but be aware of different color differences due to variation in lighting, reflections, electronics type, and other factors that may contribute to colors translating differently in images vs in person.
